首先，看到這條評論的同胞，一定選尊貴海景房，尊貴海景房，尊貴海景房，是重新裝修過的。沒差多少錢的情況下，其他房間，真的差強人意。預訂的時候，平台衹剩一間尊貴海景房，於是我們定了兩個類型的房間，尊貴海景那邊衞生和採光都還不錯，但尊貴房背陰，房間推門就有發黴的味道，有小小小衹的爬蟲，而且很暗。尊貴房半夜衞生間還壞掉了，第二天我們加錢換了剛騰出來的尊貴海景，整個人都好了不少。酒店的設計，其實配得上叫度假村，無敵海景，花園、泳池、餐廳、酒吧，一應俱全，甚至有自己的港口，濕米島跳島和日落巡航，下樓就可以出發。早餐也不錯，西餐、咖喱、炒飯、麵條、現磨咖啡、孩子吃的都有。也就是説，如果不是就想去海灘，在酒店可以不出去，純躺平。工作人員也很棒，孩子自己不小心劃傷了，前台幫忙做了處理，還有安全經理特意來問了情況，告訴我們如果腫了一定跟他們説，安排孩子去醫院。之後逢人看到我們就問，孩子怎麼樣了，還是很溫暖的。房掃的話，如果需要記得要把打掃的那個燈點亮，不然工作人員在入住期間是不會進入到你的房間的。也有看到度假村在趕工重新裝修房間，希望這裡越來越好。再次謝謝工作人員的關心。

Booked for work 訂房網站. But suprisingly very good. Staff was friendly. We got the newly renovated room. Room was clean and comfortable. The bed was super single or queen for twin room. Only thing weird was toilet and shower was seperate. We also visited the spa which was superd! Highly recomended. The breakfast was ok. Only thing to comment the half boil egg tasted abitttt weird and the nasi lemak’s sambal was cold. Other than that no comment.

Nice place with nice scenery and view. Easy for checkin and the environment was memerizing. However the places looks old and many equipment like infinity pool cannot being use due to maintenance and in the room, I found from previous visitor water bottle and coffee in the refrigerator. The toilet looks not so clean. Maybe with some adjustment on the cleaning of the room it can be more better due to the view from the room is super nice and really relax.

Das Hotel ist groß und bietet Freizeitaktivitäten, wie Gaming Area, Fitness und Pool an. Die Lage ist ruhig und abgelegen was ein vor und Nachteil ist. Vorteil es ist ruhig und man hat einen tollen Ausblick vom Pool. Nachteil ist, das es paar Minuten mit dem Auto zum Zentrum ist. Jedoch weiß man dies bevor man bucht deshalb finde ich das halb so schlimm. Das schlimmste ist die Sauberkeit des Hotels. Im Zimmer laufen auf den Möbel kleine Insekten rum und die Toilettendeckel sind nicht sauber und sehen veraltet aus. Die Dusche hat keine Abzugshaube deshalb gelangt der ganze Dampf in das Zimmer und deshalb ist die Wandfarbe runtergetropft und es sieht so aus als ob etwas auf die Wand geschmiert wurde. Die Mitarbeiter können durch einen online Chat kontaktiert werden dies läuft auch reibungslos und sie antworten schnell. Die Türen im Flur knallen die ganze Zeit zu wenn jemand durchgeht und auch die Toiletten Tür man hört es die ganze Zeit aus dem Zimmer. Die Tür (Balkontür) lässt sich nicht ganz schließen und ich hörte deshalb die ganze Zeit den Lärm vom Pool hat sich wie Regenfall angehört und man kann dadurch nicht schlafen morgens. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit aber das hotel muss für den Preis was man zahlt viel besser dastehen.

酒店位於浮羅交怡西南角，酒店的餐食還不錯，去外面吃飯，至少需要步行2公里，離珍南海灘差不多15分鐘車程，離瓜鎮差不多25分鐘車程，去機場也差不多30分鐘車程，用grab打車不算貴。酒店設施有點老舊了，但是環境還是很不錯的，房間面積很大，名副其實的海景房，開窗見海，視野很開闊，天氣好可以看日出。除了2個餐廳外，還有無邊泳池和小童水世界，對於小朋友來説挺不錯的。晚上還有酒吧駐場歌手，氣氛很熱烈，氛圍感拉滿。服務方面，還算不錯，餐廳的出品，意麵，漢堡和炸魚薯條，味道還不錯，價格也不算貴。價格方面，房間差不多300-700多不等，相對珍南海灘來説，價格還是很便宜的，當然住瓜鎮其實也不錯，吃飯選擇多，出海坐船也比較方便，總體來説體驗還不錯。

我們在這家酒店住了六個晚上，他是靠近珍南海灘的，打車大概十分鐘左右就能到，離機場非常近，大概30分鐘就能到了，然後他這邊是有兩個泳池，一個是無邊泳池，一個是親子泳池，親子泳池有配備滑滑梯等比較簡易的遊樂設施，服務員挺一般的，搞衞生的也要分人，有些搞得特別不乾淨，連毛巾都不給換，説他那邊已經用完了，但是他不會想辦法從哪裡再給我們調兩條過來，有些就搞得很乾凈，

Áreas comunes excelentes, pero las habitaciones y los detalles necesitan mejora. El hotel destaca por sus zonas comunes, que están muy bien cuidadas. El comedores, la zona de recreativos, y especialmente las dos piscinas (incluyendo la infinita) son excelentes. Incluso el desayuno que pagamos el último día nos pareció bueno. Sin embargo, notamos una gran diferencia entre estas áreas y las habitaciones, que carecen de atención a los detalles. A mi parecer, son precisamente estos pequeños detalles los que marcan la diferencia. Algunos puntos a mejorar: * En las habitaciones: No había toallas para las manos y el soporte de la alcachofa de la ducha estaba roto, sin meterme a destacar manchas en las paredes y elementos deteriorados. * En la piscina infinita: Las pocas tumbonas con cojines estaban muy sucias y solo había tres sombrillas disponibles. Es posible que esta falta de atención a los detalles sea algo común en los hoteles de la zona, pero son cosas que, en mi opinión, podrían solucionarse fácilmente para mejorar la experiencia de los huéspedes.
